So let's start at the top:
Borax: this is a natural mineral, water soluble, and a great Bleach alternative. It deodorizes and inhibits the growth of mildew and mold and boosts the power of other cleaning agents like soaps or detergent.
Castile soap: this is just one brand but you can use any vegetable based soap. It is found in liquid, solid, or powder form. It is also biodegradable.
Baking Soda: if there isn't enough info out there on baking soda it's a, non toxic, all purpose, mildly abrasive cleanser.
Hydrogen Peroxide: more gentile than bleach but used for sterilizing and disinfecting.
Lemon Juice: a great natural acidic cleaner. Good as a natural deodorant, cleans glass, cuts grease, and a mild lightener or bleach if used with sunlight. It can be used for removing mineral build up an grease. Limes are used in much the same way.
Washing Soda: a mineral, softens hard water, cuts grease, can be irritating to the skin so you may want to wear gloves.
Vinegar: a mild acid, disinfectant properties a plenty, cuts grease, removes stains, dissolves mineral deposits, mildew, and deodorizes.
There are several more natural cleaning supplies that I have not mentioned here but these are the ones that I use.
Happy cleaning all!
