Easy (gluten and sugar free) Strawberry Preserve Dessert

Easy Strawberry Dessert {gluten and sugar free}

So now that you know how to make the sugar free strawberry jam, now you need to know what to do with it, right?

I knew you felt that way.  Here it is.  My simple, delicious strawberry preserve dessert.  This is one of my all time favorites for a quick dessert for any occasion! (or maybe just for me)

Gluten Free Pie Crust:

2.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut oil (can substitute palm oil or crisco if you like)
2 tbsp agave nectar (you can omit completely or an substitute equal amount of sugar or honey.)
2 tbsp vanilla extract


  • preheat oven to 325 degrees,
  • combine dry ingredients in a med bowl
  • combine wet ingredients in small bowl
  • add wet to dry ingredients
  • pat dough into 4 small custard dishes (or one pie plate)
  • place one whole strawberry in the center of the dish and 2 Tbsp of jam around it.
  • bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven a let cool slightly, serve warm or cold.  


Don't they look amazing?  Oh, and they are sooooo delicious!  I know your going to love them!
