Easy Strawberry Dessert {gluten and sugar free}
So now that you know how to make the sugar free strawberry jam, now you need to know what to do with it, right?I knew you felt that way. Here it is. My simple, delicious strawberry preserve dessert. This is one of my all time favorites for a quick dessert for any occasion! (or maybe just for me)
Gluten Free Pie Crust:
2.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup coconut oil (can substitute palm oil or crisco if you like)
2 tbsp agave nectar (you can omit completely or an substitute equal amount of sugar or honey.)
2 tbsp vanilla extract

- preheat oven to 325 degrees,
- combine dry ingredients in a med bowl
- combine wet ingredients in small bowl
- add wet to dry ingredients
- pat dough into 4 small custard dishes (or one pie plate)
- place one whole strawberry in the center of the dish and 2 Tbsp of jam around it.
- bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven a let cool slightly, serve warm or cold.
